We will be conducting open interviews for teacher positions for the Ar-Rahman Weekend School Program.

We’re looking for female candidates who can teach Arabic, Qur’an, and Islamic Studies to Elementary School aged children.

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah SWT and through your generous support, the construction of Phase II of masjid Ar-Rahman project has started, and the structure foundation is being installed in preparation for slab and building erection soon inshallah. 

Phase II (27000 Sq. Ft.) will inshallah include a multipurpose Gymnasium-basketball court, youth lounge, full time day care, 14 class rooms for Quran and Islamic education, fully equipped industrial Kitchen, and a courtyard for social gatherings.
تمَّ بحمد الله وكرمه البدء في مشروع بناء المرحلة الثانية من مسجد الرحمن. يتضمّن المشروع صالة   متعددة الاستخدامات – صالة رياضية ومدرسة من أربعة عشر صفّا لتعليم الاسلام والقرآن الكريم   وحضانة للأطفال بالاضافة الى مطبخ تجاري وصالة للشباب. ندع الجميع الى المساهمة في اتمام هذا  المشروع ودعمه ماديا والدعاء له

12 session course starting on April 1st 2017. Two weekly sessions.

  • Tuesdays from 6pm-8:30 pm.

 About Dr. Mansour

Dr. Nassar Mansour is a world-renowned master Islamic calligrapher who is a scholar of the art of calligraphy. He got his PhD in the art of Islamic calligraphy in 2007 from Prince’s School of Traditional Arts (PSTA) in London. He has a series of books and academic articles in Arabic and English. Nassar earned his traditional certificate (Ijaza) to practice and teach the art of calligraphy from Hasan Çelebi a master regarded by many as the greatest living Islamic calligrapher. He has participated in numerous calligraphy lectures, exhibitions and workshops worldwide; in the Middle East, Europe, USA, Pakistan, Russia and Japan. Nassar’s works have been exhibited in some of the most important private collections and museums, including the British Museum,  Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), Calligraphy Museum in Moscow and others.
